Job Description

iSoftStone currently has BPO facilities in Shanghai which provide offshore Operational support to global investment banks. The 300+ member team currently supports Equity and Fixed Income derivatives trading desks in APAC, NA and EMEA. The iSoftStone team performs most of the Middle Office operational functions including Loan Administration, Trade Review, Trade Capture, Trade Support, Life Cycle Management, Reconciliations and MIS Reporting.
Due to the rapid growth of the business, the iSoftStone team is opening another office in Wuxi, China. We are looking to hire a number of process analysts and specialists in Securities. The person will be involved in processing various corporate actions across all the stages of an event life cycle and support various businesses to handle all post-trade activities relating to settlement. The ideal candidates will be highly proactive, attentive to details and able to take initiatives to understand client’s needs to provide an industry leading level of client services. It is an English working environment so the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in English is a must.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Performing Pre-processing activities comprising of entitlement calculation
• Payment processing to distribute corporate action proceeds to clients
• Reconciliation of cash and position breaks to investigate and resolve the discrepancy
• Taking responsibility for owning Settlement flow for particular products
• Responding to client and Front Office enquiries
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor degree from a domestic or overseas university
• An interest in building a career in Operations and Banking
• Ability to work independently within a highly regulated environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required
• Good analytical skills and keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable in communicating with internal counterparts and external clients
• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications
